FUTURESKIN PURCHASE RULES
1. General provisions
1.1. These purchase rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) together with other documents specified in these Rules are established by the seller - UAB "Spalanga", company code: 304353787, address: Skroblų st. 25-118, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Seller) and the buyer's rights, duties and responsibilities when purchasing goods in the Futureskin.lt online store (hereinafter - the Online Store).
1.2. Only an able-bodied adult or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) can be a buyer.
1.3. The buyer must familiarize himself with the Rules, Personal Data Processing Rules/Privacy Policy and other rules applicable to the purchase of goods in the Online Store.
1.4. In the event of necessity or circumstances provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller has the right to change or supplement the Rules. Changes to the Rules are published publicly in the Online Store, Buyers can also familiarize themselves with the changes to the Rules by logging in to their account.
1.5. These Rules are prepared and applied from 2022. May 2
2. Purchase of goods
2.1. The seller presents the assortment of goods in the online store and indicates the price of the goods. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including the amount of VAT applicable at the time and other taxes, if applicable. The price does not include the cost of delivery.
2.2. The buyer selects the desired product and after paying the specified product price, purchases the desired product and chooses the product delivery method.
2.3. The product is purchased by paying the full price of the product immediately before the product is shipped.
2.4. The Seller transfers the goods to the courier, sends them or gives them to the Buyer personally after the money for the goods is credited to the Seller's bank account.
2.5. If the Buyer chose to pay in cash or by bank card to the courier delivering the goods, the goods are handed over to the selected delivery service after the order is confirmed.
2.6. Before confirming the order, the Buyer must familiarize himself with and confirm that he has read these rules and the Personal Data Processing Rules/Privacy Policy. These rules are legal documents binding on the parties. If the buyer refuses to accept these rules, the completion of the order and the ordering of the goods are not possible.
3. Delivery
3.1. The delivery of the goods is paid by the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by him.
3.2.Ordered goods are delivered via DPD courier, DPD Pickup, Omniva and LPExpress postal machines within 1-3 days. Specific delivery terms are determined by the delivery service. The seller is not responsible if the parcel delivery service is late in delivering the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer does not pick them up at the set delivery time or it is not possible to deliver them due to incorrectly specified delivery data.
3.3. If the buyer wants to pay in cash or with a bank card during the delivery of the goods, he will be able to pay only with a card at the post machine, and with cash and a card for the courier.
3.4. The conditions for sending goods abroad are negotiated individually.
4. Warranties and Returns
4.1. Upon detection of damage to the package, the Buyer must take a photo of the damaged package without opening the package and inform the Seller about it immediately, but no later than within 3 days of receiving the package, by e-mail info@futureskin.lt, by sending visual material.
4.2. Upon detection of inconsistency(s) in the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods in the shipment, the Buyer shall immediately, but no later than within 3 days of receipt of the shipment, inform the Seller by e-mail at info@futureskin.lt. The letter indicates the order number, the reason for the appeal and the supporting evidence of the complaint.
4.3. After determining the fact of sending goods of inappropriate quality, the Seller pays the return costs and sends the ordered goods as soon as the returned goods are received.
4.4. It should be noted that high-quality cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned - the legal basis of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 11 Resolution no. 697 "On the approval of retail trade rules" (revision of Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014) and Article 6.362, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
4.5.1. the returned product must be in the original, neat packaging, unless the packaging is damaged before handing over to the Buyer;
4.5.2. the product must be unopened and otherwise undamaged by the Buyer;
4.5.3. the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.);
4.5.4. the returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the size, shape, color or other parameters of the goods sold by the Seller may not correspond to the real size, shape, color or other parameters of the goods due to the characteristics of the rendering used by the Buyer or other technical reasons, which do not depend on the Seller. The photos of the products presented in the online store are examples and are for illustrative purposes only. The colors, inscriptions, parameters, dimensions, sizes or any other features of the original products may look different in reality due to their visual characteristics, so the Buyer should be guided by the product descriptions.
